WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
Static & Motion Graphics ● Videography & Photography
- Experience in graphic design, motion graphics, videography, and photography.
- Ability to create visual content for social media, websites, and other marketing communication.
- Strong understanding of typography, composition, hierarchy, colour, and visual balance.
- Good understanding of motion graphics and video editing.
- Good videography and photography capabilities.
- Strong attention to detail with a high standard for finished work.
- Proficient with design and editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Lightroom, or equivalent professional software.
- Ability to create high-quality visual content across different media.
What you’ll be doing.
- Create motion graphics that bring the website experiences we build to life through engaging visual showcases.
- Create static visual content for Supercode’s social media, website, and other marketing communication.
- Plan, shoot, and edit marketing videos, interviews, podcasts, leadership content, team events, and other brand content.
- Handle the complete production process from pre-production and setup through filming to the final edit.
- Use high-end smartphones to capture everyday office and event content when appropriate.
- Work with professional cameras, lenses, lighting, and audio equipment for larger productions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and technologies in graphic design, motion graphics, videography, and photography.

What you’ll be doing.
- Assign and track daily tasks on the internal daily planner tool based on project requirements and deadlines.
- Maintain project trackers and project-related information.
- Track task progress and follow up with team members for updates.
- Assist in coordinating between designers, developers, and the client manager.
- Assist with staging testing and monitor design and development handovers and their progress.
- Monitor pending tasks and delays and report them to the concerned person.
- Help coordinate client-requested changes and track them until completion.
- Check completed tasks and updates before reporting the status to the team.
- Support the team in keeping project status, timelines, and requirements up to date.
- Take responsibility for assigned tasks and ensure proper follow-up until completion.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
2+ Years of work experience designing website designs for various industries.
Ability to create website design based on brand guidelines and design systems
Excellent knowledge of latest web standards and real-world UI best practices.
Good understanding of the entire design process right from gathering requirements to final design.
Exceptional design talent with strong attention to detail.
Proficient with leading design software like Figma.
A team player with good communication skills and must have an impressive portfolio
What you’ll be doing.
- End-to-end UI Design. Generate clear visual ideas, concepts, and designs of creative assets from beginning to end.

We are looking for a talented Frontend Developer to join our team and help us create stunning and seamless user interfaces. The ideal candidate is passionate about web development, has a keen eye for design, and is well-versed in the latest frontend technologies. As a Frontend Developer at Supercode Design, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring our web applications to life and contribute to the overall success of our projects.
What you’ll be doing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers and backend developers, to implement engaging user interfaces for web applications.
- Develop and maintain web applications using HTML, CSS, Javascript and JQuery.
- Developer PHP based website using WordPress as a CMS.
- Develop sites using React frameworks such as Next.js.
- Optimise web pages for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring high performance across various devices and browsers.
- Implement responsive design principles to create seamless user experiences on both desktop and mobile platforms.
- Utilise industry best practices for code versioning, and collaboration.
- Work with design tools such as Figma to transform wireframes and design concepts into functional and visually appealing web applications.
- Conduct performance audits using tools like Google Lighthouse to identify and address performance bottlenecks.
- Implement web animations using Three.js, GSAP, Framer Motion, or other relevant libraries to enhance user interactions and overall visual appeal.
